1955年生于马来西亚柔佛州，原籍中国广东梅县。自习工笔，喜爱中华文物。2000年获陈之初博士艺术奖彩墨画组首奖。2006年获第25届大华银行绘画比赛优秀奖。

Mr Wong Chin Fook was a student of BPGHS from 1968 to 1973. He is a self taught Chinese fine art painter who has been practicing for 31 years. He received first prize in the Chinese ink painting category at the Dr Tan Tsze Chor Art Awards (2000). a Certificate of Distinction at the 25th UOB Painting of the Year Competition (2006), Certificate of Highly Commended Award at the UOB Painting of the Year Competition (1995, 1998, 2002-2003, 2005), and most recently the 13th Siaw-Tao Annual “Distinguished Art Award” (2018). After retiring from civil service in 2017, he became a full time artist.
